How product-update details are used

This notice covers the optional Charlie.ai product-updates form. Charlie Miller, trading as Phantiq Studios, is the controller. Contact charlie.ai@phantiqstudios.com.

Information collected

Email is required. First name and intended use are optional. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field.

Why it is used

We use the details to send the Charlie.ai product and launch updates you request and to understand, in aggregate, what potential users want to achieve. Consent is the basis for marketing communication. Creating a Charlie.ai account is separate and does not enrol you in marketing automatically.

Where it is processed

The preview form is designed for Netlify Forms. Netlify may process submission data as the hosting and form provider. No existing Charlie.ai Supabase project is used by this site.

Retention and access

Access is limited to authorised Charlie.ai operators. Details are retained until consent is withdrawn or for no more than two years after the last meaningful interaction, whichever comes first, unless a shorter period is required.

Your choices

You can withdraw optional marketing consent or ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing charlie.ai@phantiqstudios.com. Requests must be verified before personal information is disclosed or changed.

No automated decisions

Subscribing to product updates does not create a product account or trigger an automated eligibility decision. You can create an account separately at app.charlieai.uk/get-started.

Cookies and browser storage

The marketing site does not currently use advertising or optional analytics cookies. See the cookie notice for details about essential application sessions and the browser storage used to remember that the notice was dismissed.

Account-source measurement

Get-started links may carry bounded campaign labels, a partner or referral code, the Charlie.ai landing-page path, and the referring website's domain name. The application holds this first-touch record in session storage while you complete the introduction and records it against the new organisation only if you create an account. Charlie.ai does not collect a full referrer URL or browsing history for this purpose.
