Is Charlie another chatbot?
No. Talk to Charlie in normal language, then use the same product to manage customers, jobs, messages, quotes, invoices, tasks and appointments. The technical structure stays behind the scenes.
What can I use today?
Public Early Access includes Charlie, a business overview, native customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, tasks, calendar appointments, files, guarded AI usage and live plan billing. Connections are labelled separately until each provider is ready for ordinary customers.
Which connections are available?
Any email inbox can now send selected enquiries into Charlie using a private forwarding address. It is receive-only and does not grant Charlie access to the rest of your mailbox. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot and Zoho Mail remain in early access while their provider approval and normal-customer checks are completed. Xero is coming soon.
How much does it cost?
You can start on the Free plan. Paid plans are Solo at £19/month, Team at £99/month and Business at £499/month. Every plan has a finite combined AI allowance so usage and cost remain predictable.
